The shadow turns out to be a wife, who must have gotten up from bed after hearing the ruckus going on.

EW: Seth, what are you doing?
SW: I'm getting ready to deliver our Secret Santa presents and more stuff for the other citizens of Torchia.
EW: What about decorating?
SW: Well, I was doing that too, but right now delivering presents takes first priority.
EW: Have you looked at the ornaments yet?
SW: Well um...
EW: Please tell me there wasn't candy inside the box!
SW: Why do you say that?
EW: Well, Mike asked me to get the box from his quarters and bring it to this room, and I'm afraid I accidentally grabbed his...y'know...
SW: Secret Stash?
EW: So I swapped the two boxes then.
SW: Well yeah.
EW: What did you do with them?
SW: Well, I made the Strawberry Creams into ornaments and I fashioned the Peanut Butties into a star. I saved a couple Peanut Butties for my Vim counter and the Limited Edition Strawberry Buttie Crunch for Mike.
EW: Um...that wasn't wise.
SW: It wasn't my choice. A couple of people on a forum said to do it. I'll face the consequences.
EW: I'll keep your secret. BUT, you have to let me help you deliver your presents.
SW: I guess you can help. I mean, delivering presents will take some time. How about you deliver this half and I'll deliver the other half.
EW: Sounds like a plan!
