These creatures are immune to your insane slicing techniques, but common sense tells you that acid could dissolve them. If you could just get down to the kitchen, then maybe you could whip up something acidic to dissolve them. Unfortunately, it seems as though they're blocking your only exit out of the room. There's got to be some other way out!
