QP: My Prince, why not just wipe the Seven out completely?
V : Unfortunately, Shadow, I cannot. My powers are growing weaker, and I fear the worst. The Light One could very well be returning as he prophesied before his death.
QP: What do you propose?
V : The Paradox Police stand as a single alliance of rebels against my reign over this universe. They are tasked with furthering The Light One’s “Kingdom Work”. They have a base each on two different planets.
